iOS cancellation (App Store, iOS 12 and above)

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
2. Tap your Apple account avatar in the upper right.
3. Tap "Subscriptions".
4. Find "Aiwit" in the list and tap it.
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
6. Save a screenshot showing status "Cancelled" and note the end date.

iOS cancellation (iOS below 12)

1. Open Settings on the iPhone.
2. Tap "iTunes & App Store" then tap your Apple ID.
3. Select "View Apple ID" and enter Account Settings.
4. Tap "Subscriptions", select Aiwit and cancel.
5. Save a screenshot and retain any confirmation email from Apple.

Android cancellation (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap the menu and select "Subscriptions".
3. Select "Aiwit" and tap "Cancel subscription".
4. Keep the cancellation confirmation email from Google or a screenshot.

Android cancellation (ALIPAY and WeChat Pay)

1. For ALIPAY: open Alipay > Me > Settings > Payment Settings > One Step Payment/Auto Debit > find Aiwit and switch off auto-debit.
2. For WeChat Pay: open WeChat > Me > WeChat Pay > Pay Management > Auto Deduction Service > find Aiwit and close the auto deduction.
3. Save confirmation screens or payment management logs as proof.

Email cancellation

1. Send an email to [email protected] with subject "Cancel subscription - Aiwit".
2. Include account email, device ID, date of last payment and request cancellation effective at the end of the billing period.
3. Request a written confirmation email and save the reply.

Post (registered letter)

1. Prepare a signed letter stating your name, account email, device ID, last four digits of the card used and a clear sentence: "Please cancel my Aiwit cloud subscription and stop automatic renewal."
2. Send by registered post to: Aiwit, Crown Way, CF14 3UZ Cardiff, United Kingdom.
3. Keep the postal proof of delivery and a copy of the letter.

Moving / change of address

If Aiwit cannot continue to provide a service at the new address you should contact support with proof: tenancy agreement, utility bill or new address confirmation. Aiwit has not published a specific mobility policy; request cancellation by email and include the proof document.

Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 (service must be performed with reasonable care and skill).

Price increase

If the price of an ongoing automatic renewal increases and the change was not made clear before renewal, you should request cancellation and a full account of when you were informed. Businesses must provide clear subscription terms and automatic renewal clauses under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and CMA guidance.

Required proof: copy of the notification you received or screenshots showing the price increase, plus your transaction receipts.

Death of the subscriber

To close an account after the account holder dies, contact support at [email protected] and provide a copy of the death certificate and proof of executor status or next of kin identification. Aiwit has not published a formal bereavement policy; include account details and last payment date to speed handling.

Legitimate ground for termination

Aiwit states they will not refund fees for digital products when a user cannot use service for personal reasons. The only explicitly published exception is a pro-rated refund if Aiwit terminates the account with at least 30 days advance notice for reasons other than user breach. Provide the termination notice if you rely on this exception.

End of commitment / fixed-term plans

Some Aiwit plans list durations such as "use 6 month" or "use 1 year" in pricing. To stop renewal at the end of a fixed term, cancel via the app-store or payment method at least 24 hours before the end date. Required proof: subscription receipts and the plan name (for example, R-Cyclic 30 day, use 1 year - "£34.99 annual").

Cooling-off period (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off right for most online purchases. Exception: digital content where download or streaming begins with your express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel. If you started cloud storage or used the app content immediately after purchase you may have lost the 14-day right. For cancellation within 14 days where content has not been downloaded, provide order confirmation and request a refund.

Research shows no published retention offers from Aiwit. There are no reported standard discount or retention codes in official Aiwit materials. To ask for a retention offer, email [email protected] with subject "Retention request - Aiwit subscription" and include your account email, device ID, current plan name and the exact amount you were charged. Example script: "I am requesting a retention offer for my Aiwit cloud plan (plan name, last payment date). I would remain as a subscriber if I receive a 12 month price reduction to £XX. When to escalate a dispute

If Aiwit does not respond or you are charged after cancellation, first complain to the trader by email and keep all evidence. If unresolved, contact Citizens Advice for next steps. For bank card payments consider a chargeback via your card issuer. For credit card payments over £100 and under £30,000 Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act may apply where you used a credit card. Check account access and data

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but the paid service remains until the end of the billing period. Export or save any videos you want to keep before the subscription expiry because cloud storage may be removed after the paid period.

Final billing and refunds

Aiwit states it does not provide refunds for digital products if the user cancels late or for personal reasons. Only a pro-rated refund is published when Aiwit terminates an account with at least 30 days notice. If you believe you were charged incorrectly after cancellation, gather screenshots, receipts and contact your bank for chargeback if necessary.

Re-activation and device handling
