Cooling-off period (14 days)
Rule: The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. During the 14-day period you may cancel and have any unspent Available Funds refunded free of charge. If any GoHenry Cards were used during the cooling-off period, funds spent and associated fees are not refundable. Price increase
Rule: If a plan price increases and that increase materially changes the contract, you may cancel under consumer law and CMA guidance on unfair auto-renewal practices. Specific proofs and remedies for price increases are not publicly disclosed by GoHenry; contact Member Services and request cancellation and a refund if you object to an increase.
Death of subscriber
Rule: GoHenry permits termination of the agreement. Exact required proof documents are not publicly disclosed by GoHenry. To close an account after a subscriber's death, contact Member Services and be prepared to provide proof such as a death certificate; the company will advise the precise documentation needed.
Legitimate ground (account breach, fraud)
Rule: If there is suspected fraud or an unauthorised transaction you may ask for an investigation. GoHenry's terms reference customers' rights to request refunds for unauthorised transactions and to contest transactions (see cardholder terms). For unauthorized transactions where the exact amount was not specified, you may request a refund within 8 weeks; GoHenry aims to respond within 10 business days per their procedures. End of commitment

Moving abroad
Rule: Moving country is a valid reason to close an account. Required proof documents are not publicly disclosed by GoHenry; contact Member Services and provide appropriate identity/address evidence when requested.
