Cooling-off (change your mind within 14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from receiving the first delivery for distance selling contracts. To exercise this right, notify Freebird clearly within 14 days and return unused products for a full refund. See the statutory text: Cooling-off rights (2024).
Price increase
If Freebird increases the price in a way that changes contract terms, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations require clear notice. Freebird does not publish a specific price-increase exit policy. If you believe a change is unfair, contact Freebird support at [email protected] and keep written records. Use Citizens Advice or CMA guidance if unresolved.
Moving abroad
Freebird does not publish a stated rule for relocation. Provide proof of new permanent address (utility bill or tenancy agreement). If contact with support is required, send the documents to [email protected]. If you bought at distance, the 14-day cooling-off rule may apply if within the statutory period.
Death of the subscriber
Freebird does not publish a formal policy on bereavement cancellations. The usual practice is to send a death certificate and the subscriber account details to support email to request closure and any eligible refund. Keep copies of all documents and delivery receipts.
End of minimum commitment
If a minimum commitment applies, Freebird does not publish the length of any contractual minimum. If your contract end date has passed, cancel via the member portal. If you cannot cancel online, email [email protected] with proof of identity and request immediate termination. Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects against unfair terms.
Legitimate ground or defective product
For defective products or services not carried out with reasonable care and skill, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. Provide photographs, order number, and a description of the defect to [email protected]. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund depending on the evidence.
