Death of subscriber

Cooling-off (14-day right)

For distance contracts the 14-day cooling-off period applies under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For Scent Addict subscriptions the 14-day cancellation period starts from the date the company accepts your order. To cancel within 14 days, inform ScentAddict in writing; if goods were delivered you may need to return them and the trader must refund within 14 days of being informed of cancellation or receiving the goods back.
