Cooling-off period (within 14 days)
Rule: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel online or off-premises contracts and receive a refund. If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period or within any free trial, you are entitled to a full refund of membership fees paid.

Price increase
Rule: If CompleteSavings raises the membership fee and you wish to cancel as a result, check the membership terms for the required notice period for price changes. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you against unfair contract terms such as disproportionate cancellation penalties.

Death of the subscriber
Rule: If the account holder dies, a nominated executor or close family member should contact CompleteSavings by email or post to request cancellation and to instruct account closure.

Legitimate grounds accepted by CompleteSavings
Rule: CompleteSavings accepts cancellations via standard channels for reasons including exercise of the 14-day cooling-off right, and termination by the company with notice as described in their terms.
Required proof documents: depends on reason; for trials provide proof of enrollment date; for company termination keep the termination notice.

End of commitment
Rule: There is no minimum commitment; the service renews monthly unless you cancel. To end future renewals, cancel before the next billing date using web, email, phone, chatbot or post.

Other grounds
Rule: If CompleteSavings or an associated programme (Webloyalty referenced in terms) terminates memberships, the company may reimburse membership fees prorated for the initial or renewal period or terminate benefits immediately depending on the notice provided in their terms.
