Legitimate grounds accepted by NX Rewards
Research shows NX Rewards may terminate memberships for breach of obligations, invalid payment method, misuse, or fraudulent activity. End of commitment
If you cancel after the Initial Period, you may still use the service for the remainder of your current 30-day billing period; there is no additional notice period required. If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period but still within the Initial Period, no refund of the first membership fee is available per the company policy summarized in their terms. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
