Overview

Currys Cloud is a cloud backup and storage service provided by Livedrive Internet Limited and offered under the Currys brand. It is designed to back up photos, videos, documents, music and other files from mobile devices and computers with plans sold on an annual or multi-year basis.

Cancel via the website (recommended first step)

1. Go to the Currys Cloud support or contact area on the Currys Cloud website and locate the contact form.
2. Complete your details, state your account email and request to cancel the subscription and stop renewal.
3. Save or screenshot the submitted form confirmation and any reply email you receive.

Cancel by phone

1. Call 0800 012 1909.
2. Give your account details and state you want to cancel and stop auto-renewal.
3. Request a written confirmation email or reference number and note the date and time of the call.

Cancel by email or written notice

1. Compose an email or printed letter including your full name, account email, subscription plan and request to cancel immediately or at the end of the paid period.
2. Mention the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations if within 14 days of purchase.
3. Keep a copy of the sent email or the signed posted letter receipt.

Cancel using the downloadable cancellation form

1. Obtain the cancellation form if provided by Currys Cloud (search their support pages).

Price increase or change to Fees

Export and back up your data

Before or immediately after cancellation, download any files you need from your Currys Cloud account. Do not rely on post-cancellation access unless Currys Cloud confirms it. If you cannot download everything, contact support and request temporary access to retrieve files.

Final billing and refunds
