Web - Admin console (recommended)

1. Sign in at the Admin console with an administrator account.
2. Go to Menu > Billing > Subscriptions.
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Click More or the three-dot menu if shown, then choose Cancel Subscription.
5. Follow prompts: select a reason, confirm cancellation and enter a contact email.

Android / Google Play
