Web cancellation - step-by-step

1. Open https://zenfolio.com/ and sign in with your Photographer Services account.
2. Click your avatar or account menu and choose Account Settings.
3. Open the Billing section and find Subscriptions or Plan.
4. Click Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
5. Save the confirmation screen and wait for a confirmation email.

Mobile app or mobile browser

1. Sign in on your phone using the mobile site or app.
2. Navigate to Account Settings - Billing.
3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
4. Take a screenshot of confirmation and save the email.

Email cancellation

1. Compose an email to [email protected] from the address on file.
2. Include your account username, email, last four digits of the payment card if available and the sentence: "Please cancel my subscription effective immediately" plus renewal date if known.
3. Request a confirmation email and keep the support reply as proof.

Cancellation by post

1. Write a signed letter with account username, email, billing address and explicit cancellation request.

Moving abroad or change of work location

If you move and can no longer use Zenfolio services, request cancellation by contacting [email protected] and include proof such as a new address or invoiced utility bill. Zenfolio does not publish a formal relocation exception, so proof should be submitted to support for review.

Price increase

If Zenfolio raises the price on renewal, you may cancel before the renewal takes effect. Provide the renewal notice and your cancellation request. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 require traders to give renewal information for subscription renewals and provide a renewal cooling-off notice where applicable.

Death of the subscriber

To cancel due to death, contact [email protected] and provide a copy of the death certificate and evidence that you are the executor or authorised person. Zenfolio will review account access and may close or transfer content on request.

Legitimate grounds accepted by Zenfolio

Zenfolio accepts cancellation requests submitted via the account billing section and support channels. End of commitment

If you are on an annual plan and the term ends, the subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel at least 2 business days before renewal. Provide the account details and cancellation instruction. No cancellation fee applies.

If you purchased online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give a 14-day right to cancel after purchase subject to the digital content exception.
