Slimming World Online is the digital membership of Slimming World that provides access to the Food Optimising plan, recipes, tracking tools, community features and expert support via a web account and mobile app. Membership is available in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

How membership works

Most new online members sign up to an initial three-month package priced by plan: Bronze calculated at £20 per month for the initial 3 months, Silver at £21.67 per month for the initial 3 months, and Gold at £26.67 per month for the initial 3 months. After the first three months membership continues on a monthly renewal at £20 per month unless you selected another package or cancelled. An iOS App subscription is available at £25.99 per month and auto-renews through the Apple App Store.

Web (recommended)

1. Go to your Slimming World account and log in.
2. Click your profile picture in the top right and select 'Settings'.
3. Choose 'Account & Membership'.
4. Open 'Membership status' and follow the Cancel instructions.

iOS (App Store purchase)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
2. Find the Slimming World subscription and select Cancel Subscription.
3. If you need a refund for an App Store purchase request it via Apple's 'report a problem' system; Slimming World cannot cancel or refund iOS in-app purchases.

If you move outside the service area (United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland) use your account or call Digital Support to cancel. Provide proof such as a new address document if requested. Price increase

If Slimming World increases the recurring price you have the right to cancel the contract to avoid the increased price.
