Web - cancel via your VShred dashboard

1. Sign in to your account at the VShred site or app.
2. Go to the Billing Information or Subscriptions section in your product dashboard.

iOS - cancel App Store subscription

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap your name.

4. Keep the App Store purchase receipt as proof.

Android - cancel Google Play subscription

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap Payments & subscriptions then Subscriptions, select VShred and Cancel.
3. Retain the Google Play receipt and any confirmation emails.
4. If you need a refund, follow Google Play refund procedures and VShred help pages.

Email - cancel by email

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email associated with your account.
2. Include: full name, order number, last 4 digits of payment card used, subscription name, and explicit statement: "I want to cancel my subscription immediately."
3. Request written confirmation and keep the reply for proof.

Post - cancel by registered letter

1. Write a signed letter with your name, account email, order number and the statement: "I cancel my subscription and ask you to confirm cancellation by return email."

3. Keep the postal tracking receipt and any delivery confirmation as proof.

Moving abroad or relocation

If you move, the contract itself does not automatically end. Provide proof of address change such as a utility bill or tenancy agreement showing the new UK or overseas address and request cancellation by email to [email protected]. Price increase

If VShred raises the subscription price without your consent for the renewal, you are allowed to cancel before the new term if the increase was applied to your recurring payment.
