3. Ask the agent for a cancellation reference and for a confirmation email to be sent.

Moving / change of residence

If you must cancel because you are moving abroad or to a delivery area Zooki does not serve, provide proof of new address such as a utility bill or tenancy agreement. Zooki's customer support should accept the evidence and cancel the subscription. Price increase

If Zooki increases the price of a subscription at renewal and you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before the renewal takes effect. Retain any communication from Zooki showing the price change as proof. Death of the subscriber

To cancel after the death of the subscriber, supply a copy of the death certificate and authority (executor or next of kin). Zooki will cancel the account once proof is provided and will advise on refunds if applicable.

Legitimate ground (returns, broken seal, sale items)

Zooki accepts returns and refunds under specific rules: the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to unopened products and non-sale items; refunds are not provided if the product seal has been broken; sale/discount items are only eligible for exchange or online store credit. End of commitment

If there is a fixed-term offer (noted in the subscription terms), cancellation at the end of that commitment is allowed with notice before the renewal date.
