1. Go to the Parent Section of the ABCmouse app or website.
2. Open Settings then select Manage My Account.
3. Choose Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen confirmation.
4. Keep the confirmation email or screenshot for your records.
5. Note: cancellation will stop future renewals but access continues until the current paid period ends.

iOS (Apple App Store)

1. Open Settings on your Apple device.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Find ABCmouse and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Save Apple’s cancellation confirmation or a screenshot as proof.
5. Apple handles billing; ABCmouse cannot cancel Apple-billed subscriptions for you.

Cooling-off period (14-day right to cancel)

If you bought ABCmouse online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 starting the day after the contract is concluded (registration and payment date). To use this right, send a clear cancellation statement and keep evidence of the date you sent it. If you ask ABCmouse to start the service during the 14 days, you may lose the right to a refund for the period already used only if you gave express consent and acknowledged loss of refund for used service.
