Cooling-off period (change of mind within 14 days)
If you bought online you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you notify New Skills Academy no later than 14 days after the start or renewal date and you have not accessed the subscription, you are entitled to a full refund. Send email to [email protected] or use the contact form as proof. (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
Cancellation after 14 days or after access started
If you cancel 14 days or more after the start or renewal date and you have accessed the subscription, the statutory cooling-off period has elapsed and New Skills Academy may refuse a refund or may deduct a proportionate amount for the supply already provided. Research states New Skills Academy may deduct an amount proportionate to what has been supplied.
Price increase
New Skills Academy does not publish a specific price increase policy. If a price rise affects your automatic renewal, check your contract terms at the subscription page and contact support. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 protect consumers against unfair terms; contact Citizens Advice if terms appear unclear: Citizens Advice.
Death of the subscriber
New Skills Academy has not publicly stated a specific process for cancellations after the death of a subscriber. Send a cancellation request and a copy of the death certificate to [email protected] and ask for confirmation of account closure. If no response, escalate to Citizens Advice.

New Skills Academy must supply services with reasonable care and skill. Provide screenshots, timestamps, and a description of the defect when you complain.
End of commitment
