Who uses it

Students, teachers and parents use SaveMyExams for structured revision resources and exam-style practice. The platform runs scholarship programmes and a 7-day free trial for Premium access.

Premium subscribers receive full access to downloadable PDFs, personal dashboards with progress analytics, priority updates and the full question bank. SaveMyExams' stated Premium billing options are monthly, quarterly and annual.

Web cancellation (recommended)

1. Sign in at your account on the SaveMyExams website.
2. Open My Account then Settings then Membership & Billing.
3. Click Cancel once to mark the subscription as "active - cancelled (will not renew)". Your access continues until the end of the paid term.
4. If you need immediate termination, click Cancel a second time; research shows clicking cancel twice ends the subscription immediately.
5. Take a screenshot of the cancelled status and keep any confirmation email.
6. If you need help, contact SaveMyExams support.

Cancel via iOS

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Find SaveMyExams and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Keep Apple's cancellation confirmation email or screenshot as proof.

Cancel via Android

1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select SaveMyExams and tap Cancel subscription.

Cancel by email

1. Send an email from the address registered on your SaveMyExams account to [email protected] with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and your account email.
2. Include your full name and last four digits of the payment card if available to speed verification.
3. Expect a reply within 24-72 hours; keep the reply as proof.

Cancel by post

1. Send a registered letter to SaveMyExams, 160 City Road, EC1V 2NX London, United Kingdom requesting cancellation and include your account email.
2. Keep the postal proof of postage and a copy of the letter.
3. Allow 7-14 days for processing and for SaveMyExams to reply.

Moving (change of country or education system)

Rule: SaveMyExams does not publish a specific relocation policy. If you are moving and can no longer use the service, contact support at [email protected] with proof of relocation such as a change of address or school enrollment letter. SaveMyExams will consider requests case by case.

Price increase

Rule: If SaveMyExams increases prices on renewal, you may cancel before the renewal date to avoid the new price. Contact support and quote the renewal date and old price.

Death of subscriber

Rule: For a deceased subscriber, SaveMyExams does not publish a public process. Contact [email protected] and provide a copy of the death certificate and proof that you are the executor or next of kin.

Legitimate ground (fraud, abuse, technical failure)

Rule: SaveMyExams reserves the right to terminate for suspected fraud, abuse or illegality and in those cases refunds may be withheld. If you claim legitimate ground for termination because SaveMyExams failed to provide services with reasonable care and skill, cite the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

End of commitment

Rule: If you subscribed to a 1-month, 3-month or 12-month plan and decide to terminate early without fault by SaveMyExams, the company states you must continue paying until the end of your plan and you will retain access until the expiry of the plan.

Required proof documents: subscription invoice. Applicable law: Contract terms must comply with Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

Rule: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and obtain a full refund if you have not accessed premium content. If you accessed premium content during the 14-day period, SaveMyExams will refund the price paid for Membership but may deduct a daily membership fee on a pro rata basis for services used until cancellation.

Before you cancel: negotiate

SaveMyExams does not publicly publish standard retention discounts. If you want to keep the service, email [email protected] and request a retention offer or account credit; mention recent renewals if you want a refund and contact [email protected] for refund eligibility. The company runs a scholarship programme and priority updates for Premium users, but no public list of standard discount codes was found in research.

Key United Kingdom consumer laws

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give a 14-day cooling-off period for distance contracts. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill and protects against unfair contract terms. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and local Trading Standards handle unfair subscription practices.

Your statutory rights and remedies

If you cancel within 14 days and have not accessed premium digital content, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Final billing and refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period and you have not accessed premium content, you are entitled to a full refund. For cancellations outside 14 days, refunds are not generally available unless SaveMyExams agrees or a statutory right applies. Re-activation

To restart service, sign in and resubscribe selecting a new billing cycle. Your account and email remain the primary identifiers for re-activation.
