1. Go to staysharp.global.
2. Click My Account and log in with the email and password for the subscription.

1. Open staysharp.global on your phone and tap the menu (three lines).
2. Tap My Account and log in with the subscription email.
3. Tap Subscriptions, choose the subscription, then Pause/Cancel Subscription and Cancel Subscription.
4. Provide a cancellation reason and confirm. Save a screenshot of the final confirmation.

Email - cancel by message

1. Use the email address attached to your StaySharp account when you write to support (StaySharp lists multiple support emails; include your account email in the message).
2. State your full name, account email, plan name and request to Cancel the subscription immediately.
3. Ask for written confirmation to the same email and keep the reply as proof.

Post - cancel by registered letter

1. Write a signed letter that states your full name, account email, plan to cancel and the request: "Please cancel my StaySharp subscription immediately".
2. Send by recorded or registered post to: StaySharp, 16 Great Queen Street, WC2B 5AH London, United Kingdom.
3. Keep the proof of postage and any reply as evidence of notification.

Phone - when no number is published

1. If a phone number appears in your account pages, use it. If not, use the web cancellation route or post a registered letter to the address above.

Moving abroad or relocation

Rule - If you move and cannot use the service due to geographic restrictions, request cancellation and provide proof of relocation such as a new address, utility bill or bank statement showing the new country. From StaySharp documentation, accepted grounds include requesting cancellation during trial and standard user requests for monthly or quarterly plans. Prepaid 12-month plans are stated as not cancellable.
