Moving / Change of workplace

If you move institution or country and can no longer use the service, request cancellation by email to [email protected] and include proof such as a new employer letter or new address. Teachmate's published policies do not list a specific automatic refund for moving. Refer to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 only if you are within the 14-day cooling-off window.

Price increase

If Teachmate AI raises the subscription price during your contract, you may cancel without penalty if the increase is not explicitly agreed in your contract.
