Web (recommended)

1. Sign in to your Twinkl account at twinkl.co.uk.
2. Open the Payment History page at twinkl.co.uk/payment-history or follow My Account links.
3. Find the active subscription, choose Request Refund and follow the prompts. Select 'No thanks, continue to refund and cancel' if offered.
4. Save the on-screen confirmation and take a screenshot of any confirmation email.

iOS - App Store

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Find Twinkl, tap Cancel Subscription and keep a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation.
4. If you need a refund for an App Store payment, request it via Apple, not Twinkl.

Android - Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store on your device.
2. Tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Twinkl and Cancel subscription. Keep the screenshots.
4. For Google Play refunds, use Google Play support rather than Twinkl.

Email

1. Compose an email to [email protected] using the account email address.
2. Include last payment date and amount, reason for cancellation, and any recent downloaded resources if requesting a refund.
3. Request written confirmation and keep the sent email as proof.

Post

1. Prepare a signed letter with your full name, account email, last payment date and amount, and the explicit request to cancel.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

Rule: You have a 14-day right to cancel online contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
