Cancel Limitless Odeon the easy way

Overview

myLIMITLESS, commonly called Limitless Odeon, is ODEON's unlimited cinema membership that lets members watch participating 2D films at ODEON cinemas for a fixed monthly fee. There is also myLIMITLESS Plus which expands access to Luxe and premium screens.

Main benefits

Standard myLIMITLESS includes unlimited 2D films at participating ODEON cinemas (some central London West End sites excluded), 10% off selected food and drink, and 10% off online tickets for friends and family.

Membership facts

The membership requires a minimum commitment: 3 months for monthly plans and 12 months for annual plans paid upfront. Additional charges apply for IMAX, iSense, Dolby, 3D, and premium seating. Central London West End cinemas require a Plus add-on for access.

Android

2. Provide your membership number, full name and email address and state you want to Cancel your myLIMITLESS membership, giving a requested end date at least 30 days ahead.

Post

1. Write a signed letter stating your name, membership number, date of birth, contact email, and explicit instruction to Cancel your myLIMITLESS membership.

3. Keep proof of postage and use the delivery receipt as evidence. The membership ends on the date paid up to, after 30 days notice from receipt.

Moving residence outside the United Kingdom

If you move residence outside the United Kingdom, ODEON accepts this as a legitimate ground to terminate a membership during the contractual minimum. Provide proof of new address outside the UK such as a signed tenancy agreement, utility bill or official relocation documentation. Medical reasons - unable to use membership for at least eight weeks

If you are medically unable to use the membership for at least eight consecutive weeks, ODEON accepts this ground to cancel within the minimum term. Price increase

If ODEON raises the membership price and you do not accept the increase, you can terminate the contract. Death of the subscriber

In the event of the member's death, a close relative or the estate executor can request termination. Provide a death certificate and proof of authority if required. End of commitment and annual plans

Annual memberships paid upfront end automatically at the end of the 12-month period unless the member re-joins. 14-day cooling-off (online sign-ups)

For online sign-ups you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. ODEON will refund payments minus a deduction for membership benefits that were made available during the cooling-off period. Before you cancel: negotiate

Research shows no specific public retention offers are currently reported.
