iOS (App Store) cancellation

1. Open Google Play Store app.

Sky cancellation

1. If you signed up via Sky, cancel through the Sky Marketplace on your Sky device: on Sky Glass say "Hello Sky, go to My Sky"; on Sky Stream puck or Sky Q press the Voice button and say "My Sky".
2. Alternatively contact Sky support and request cancellation of the MVMNT subscription.
3. Retain any Sky confirmation or reference number.

Amazon cancellation

1. Sign in to your Amazon account on the website.
2. Go to Your Subscriptions or Memberships and locate Mvmnt.
3. Follow Amazon's cancellation flow and keep confirmation.

Email and postal cancellation

Moving / Change of country

If you move outside MVMNT service areas (UK and EU) and cannot use the service, contact [email protected] with proof of new address such as a utility bill or council letter. MVMNT's published help pages do not list a specific automatic cancellation for moving; ask support for termination and refund if services are paid for but not provided.

Price increase

If MVMNT increases the subscription price, you must be notified under the contract terms. When MVMNT's provision of services is interrupted or delayed by an event outside the subscriber's control, MVMNT states they will contact you.
