Cooling-off period (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to change your mind for online purchases of a Paid Subscription. Faceit will provide a full refund if you cancel within 14 days and you have not logged in or redeemed or started consuming the subscription features. End of commitment / Standard cancellation

To avoid automatic renewal you must cancel before the end of your current billing period. Price increase
