iOS - cancel via Apple App Store

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad and tap your profile.

Android - cancel via Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device and tap your profile.

3. Save the Google Play confirmation or receipt for proof.

Email cancellation

1. Compose an email to [email protected] with your account name, registered email, and request to Cancel the subscription or membership.
2. Include subscription start date and last 4 digits of payment card if available.
3. Keep the reply from support as proof of cancellation.

Post (registered letter)

1. Write a signed letter with your full name, address, registered email, membership or subscription ID and a clear statement: I want to Cancel my City+ subscription / membership.

Cooling-off (change of mind)

For City+, you have 14 days from the date of subscription to receive a full refund if you change your mind and have not accessed any City+ Content.
