Web - cancel via your Roblox account

2. Go to Account Settings then to Billing or Subscriptions.
3. Select the active subscription and choose Cancel Subscription.

iOS - cancel via Apple subscriptions

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions, select Roblox, then tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Apple will provide a cancellation confirmation; retain the receipt.

Android - cancel via Google Play

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap Payments and subscriptions then Subscriptions, select Roblox, then Cancel subscription.

Phone - when phone support is available

1. Roblox does not publish a dedicated phone cancellation procedure for UK consumers. Use account settings or email instead.

Email - cancel by email
