Cancel via website (recommended)

1. Open a browser and go to Shadow cancellation help.
2. Log in to your Shadow account on the Shadow website.
3. Click 'PCs' under Shadow PC in your account dashboard.
4. Select the subscription you want to end and click 'Cancel my subscription' at the bottom of the page.
5. Review the summary that shows your billing cycle end date and confirm cancellation.

Cancel by email

1. Compose an email to [email protected] with the subject 'Cancel my Shadow subscription'.

Cancel by postal letter
