Relocation (moving)

Energym accepts relocation as a ground to cancel during the commitment period when the move places you more than 15 miles from the club or the contracted facility. Required proof: signed tenancy agreement or exchange of contracts showing the new address, or utility bill at the new address. This rule is stated in Energym's membership terms and aligns with the contractual exemptions for early termination.

Long-term illness or injury

Energym allows cancellation during the commitment period for long-term illness or injury lasting more than 3 months. Your rights when cancelling in the United Kingdom are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
