Web - cancel inside your Everfit account

1. Open the Everfit web dashboard at everfit.io.
2. Go to Active Purchases or the Purchase Detail for the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Choose Cancel now for immediate termination or Cancel at end of billing period to retain access until the cycle ends.
4. Save or screenshot the confirmation and keep any confirmation email.

iOS - cancel via Apple

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your Apple ID.
2. Choose Subscriptions, find Everfit and select Cancel Subscription.
3. Keep the Apple confirmation email or screenshot as proof.

Android - cancel via Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store, tap your profile and choose Payments and subscriptions.
2. Select Subscriptions, find Everfit and tap Cancel subscription.
3. Keep the Google Play confirmation for proof.

Phone

1. Everfit does not publish a UK phone number. Use the support email below or web cancellation.
2. If you do contact Everfit by phone, request a written confirmation and record date and time.

Email

1. Send a cancellation request to [email protected] including your full name as on the account, account email, username and the desired effective date.
2. Request a reply confirming cancellation and keep the reply.

Post (registered letter)

1. Send a signed letter to Everfit, 128 City Road, EC1V 2NX London, United Kingdom. Include full name, account email, username and clear cancellation statement.
2. Use Recorded Delivery and keep the tracking receipt as proof of sending.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

If you bought the subscription online or off-premises, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel and obtain a refund if you cancel within that period and have not given express consent to start the service.
