Where it operates and how users pay

Fitify is headquartered in Prague, Czechia, and distributes subscriptions through its website and app stores. Billing for iOS purchases is handled by Apple App Store, for Android by Google Play, and other payments can be processed via Stripe as set out in Fitify's terms.

Web (account or Stripe)

1. Go to https://gofitify.com/en and sign in to your Fitify account.
2. Open Account or Subscription settings and select Cancel subscription if the option appears.
3. If no cancel button, email [email protected] with your account email and request cancellation and written confirmation.
4. Keep any reply or confirmation email as proof.

iOS - Apple App Store

1. On iPhone or iPad open Settings and tap your name (Apple ID).
2. Tap Subscriptions, select Fitify, tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Apple will send confirmation; Fitify cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.

Android - Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select Fitify and tap Cancel subscription.
3. Google Play sends a cancellation confirmation; refunds are handled by Google where eligible.

Email

1. Send email to [email protected] from the account email with subject line "Cancel subscription" and include your full name, account email, and desired cancellation date.
2. Request written confirmation and retain the sent email copy and any reply.

Post

1. Write a short cancellation letter stating account email, full name, intent to cancel and desired cancellation date (immediate or end of billing period).

Moving abroad

If you move permanently outside the United Kingdom and you can prove the move with documents such as a utility bill or change-of-address official document, contact [email protected] with those documents and request cancellation. Price increase

If Fitify increases the subscription price, you can cancel if the price rise was not in your contract terms or if you do not accept the change. End of commitment
