Web / Customer Portal (Single Payment members)

1. Open the YMCA app or Customer Portal.
2. Go to 'My Account' then 'Memberships'.
3. Select the membership to cancel and choose 'Manage Membership' then 'Cancel'.

Phone and in person

1. YMCA terms state cancellation will not be effective via telephone or in person at the Centre. Do not rely on verbal confirmation.

Moving / relocation
