Moving address or change of residence
If you change address within the UK and the Entertainment plan is no longer compatible with the new services, you can request cancellation by contacting Vodafone. Provide proof of new address such as a utility bill or tenancy agreement. Vodafone terms do not publish an automatic fee waiver; any early termination fee amount is not publicly disclosed by Vodafone Disney.
Applicable law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Price increase
If Vodafone raises the price of an Entertainment plan and you do not accept the change, you have the right to cancel. Supply the notice from Vodafone (email or letter) as proof. If you cancel due to a unilateral price increase you should receive information in your account and confirmation when you cancel.
Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Death of the subscriber
For account closure after a subscriber dies, contact Vodafone customer services and provide a death certificate and proof of identity of the person requesting account closure. Vodafone's published process requires verification before cancellation.
Legitimate grounds accepted by Vodafone Disney
Vodafone accepts cooling-off cancellations within 14 days for standalone monthly subscriptions, and will refund payments if the service has not been accessed (see Refund policy). For other legitimate grounds such as contractual misperformance, provide relevant documentary evidence: billing statements, screenshots, or official notices.
Applicable law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013; Consumer Rights Act 2015.
End of commitment
If your Entertainment package was supplied as part of a minimum term (for example 24 months), the entertainment element normally ends at the end of that term. To cancel at the end of the commitment, place the cancellation request at least 30 days before the end of the commitment if required by your plan terms. Provide the end-of-term date shown on your Vodafone account as proof.
Applicable law: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cooling-off period (14 days)
For standalone monthly subscriptions taken out at a distance, you have a 14-day Cancellation Period from registration. If you cancel within that 14-day period and you have not accessed the service, Vodafone will reimburse payments made. If the service has been accessed during the 14 days, Vodafone may charge for the portion consumed by usage.
Applicable law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
