Cancel DJ Studio the easy way

Overview

DJ Studio is a music and DJ application sold by DJ.Studio B.V. It targets DJs and producers and provides automated mixing, export features and integrations for performance and production workflows.

DJ.Studio offers perpetual license editions named Studio and Pro, each including a perpetual license for two machines plus 12 months of updates and support. There is an optional annual Update Package for continued updates.

Cancel via the DJ.Studio App

1. Open the DJ.Studio App on the device where you manage billing.
2. Tap the top-right cog to open Settings.
3. Tap the Billing tab, then Manage payments.
4. Select your active monthly subscription.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
6. Keep the on-screen confirmation and any confirmation email for proof.

Cancel via the secure web sign-in link

1. Open the DJ.Studio login page and enter your email to receive a secure sign-in link.
2. Open the email and click the link to sign in without a password.
3. Click Subscriptions, locate your subscription, and choose Cancel.
4. Save the cancellation confirmation email as proof.

Cancel by email

1. Compose an email to [email protected] from the email address registered to your account.
2. Subject: Cancel my subscription - include account email, subscription ID if known, and a clear statement: "Cancel my DJ.Studio monthly subscription effective immediately."
3. Send and retain the sent email and any reply as proof.

Cancel by post (registered letter)

1. Write a signed cancellation letter including your full name, registered email, account ID and a statement to cancel your subscription.

3. Keep proof of postage and any acknowledgment returned by DJ Studio.

Phone support

1. DJ Studio has not published a customer phone number. Use the app, web sign-in or email methods above.

Moving abroad or to a country where service is unavailable

If you move outside the service area you should cancel before the next billing date. Provide proof of new address if you ask for any pro rata refund; DJ Studio has not published a standard policy for refunds in moves. Price increase

If DJ Studio raises the price for a renewed subscription, consumers have the right to cancel before the renewal. You should keep the notice of price change and your cancellation request. DJ Studio has not published a separate compensation policy for price increases.

Death of the subscriber

To cancel an account after the account holder s death, provide proof such as death certificate and proof you are executor or administrator. DJ Studio has not published specific estate handling procedures; send documents to [email protected] or the postal address.

Legitimate grounds accepted by DJ Studio

Research shows DJ Studio allows termination of the Free Service at any time by discontinuing use. For the Paid Service, the user may terminate at any time before the license renews. Other legitimate grounds are not publicly published by DJ Studio.

End of commitment

When a paid period ends, cancellation must be made before the renewal date to avoid the next payment. For monthly subscriptions there is no minimum commitment. For one-time perpetual licenses the initial 12 months of updates are included; continued updates require an Update Package purchase.

Cooling-off and 14-day right

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online contracts. For digital content the right ends if you expressly consent to immediate access and downloads begin. For one-time DJ.Studio licenses the vendor offers a 14-day money-back guarantee; monthly payments are not refundable. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you need to export projects or stems, do so before the subscription end date. The 7-day Pro plus Stems trial disables export, so export capability may be limited unless you have a paid licence.

Refund requests and timings

One-time perpetual licenses have a 14-day money-back guarantee. Monthly payments cannot be refunded according to DJ.Studio policy. To request a refund for a one-time license, email [email protected] and include order details, purchase date and reason. Postal processing of cancellations may take 5 to 10 business days after delivery.
