Moving abroad (change of residence)

If you move and your payment method or local app-store rules prevent continuation, contact Lingopie support with proof of new address such as a utility bill or official change-of-address document. Lingopie does not publish a special relocation policy; send proof to [email protected].

Price increase

If Lingopie increases the subscription price for an existing contract it must notify you. You can cancel the contract after notice of a variation under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections on unfair contract terms and under the renewal rules in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Death of subscriber
