Moving home

Rule: If you move, the ability to keep your service depends on availability at the new address. Provide proof: new address confirmation (utility bill or tenancy agreement) and move date. Price increase

Rule: If OneStream increases your price mid-contract and you are not at fault you have the right to cancel without early termination charges when the change is material. Death of the subscriber

Legitimate grounds accepted by OneStream

Rule: OneStream accepts cancellations for reasons including the right to change your mind within the cooling-off period and cases where the company is in breach. End of commitment

Retention offers reported: research does not list consistent retention offers from OneStream. Customers should call 0330 094 5551 and ask explicitly for retention deals, discounts or removal of add-ons such as TechHelp. Steps to request a retention offer: call, state you will cancel, request a written offer and ask for a final price for 12 months in writing. If no offer is provided, ask for waiver of any outstanding early termination fee in writing.

Payments and chargeback

If you paid by credit card, consider Section 75 or a chargeback via your card issuer for faulty goods or failure to provide the service. Keep all evidence: order confirmation, cancellation request, and any correspondence.

Access and services

Check the cancellation confirmation for your final service end date. Keep copies of the confirmation email or letter. If you have rented equipment, follow OneStream's equipment return instructions to avoid deductions.
