Web cancellation (direct subscriptions)

1. Sign in at your Simply Guitar account on the web.
2. Open the member sidebar and click Manage My Subscription.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to turn off auto-renewal and cancel the subscription.

iOS cancellation (App Store)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions and select Simply Guitar.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
4. You will receive an Apple confirmation email. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
5. Apple refund requests use reportaproblem.apple.com; see Simply Guitar's guidance: Turn off subscription renewal.

Android cancellation (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap Payments & Subscriptions then Subscriptions and choose Simply Guitar.
3. Tap Cancel subscription and follow prompts.
4. Google Play sends a cancellation confirmation and keeps access until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation by Email

1. Send an email to [email protected] stating your account email, subscription type and request to cancel.
2. Save the sent message and await support reply (response time not published).
3. If you do not receive confirmation within 72 hours, follow up or use the web/app method.

Cancellation by Post

1. Write a registered letter including your full name, account email and statement that you wish to cancel the subscription.
2. Send to: Simply Guitar, Example Street, E1 1AA London, United Kingdom.
3. Keep the registered post receipt as proof. Processing time is not publicly disclosed by Simply Guitar.

Moving abroad or relocation

If you move out of the United Kingdom this is not an automatic legal ground for an immediate refund from Simply Guitar. The company permits cancellation via account settings. Provide proof of address change only if requesting a refund; Simply Guitar's public materials do not list relocation as an accepted automatic refund reason.

End of commitment

If you subscribed to an annual plan the commitment effectively ends at the paid year expiry. Cancel before the end of the plan to avoid auto-renewal. For annual plan billed upfront at £87.99 cancel before the renewal date shown in your account to prevent the next charge.

Cooling-off (14-day) and digital content exception

You have a 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for online distance contracts.
