Web cancellation (account.voicemod.net)

1. Open a browser and go to Voicemod cancellation instructions.
2. Sign in to your Voicemod account at account.voicemod.net using the account linked to the subscription.
3. Locate your subscription or license entry and click "Cancel Subscription" or the renewal toggle.
4. Confirm the cancellation on the confirmation prompt. Note: your license stays active until the paid period ends.
5. Keep a screenshot of the confirmation page for your records.

iOS cancellation (Apple)

1. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions, find Voicemod in the list and tap it.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow Apple prompts. Receipt and cancellation status are visible in your Apple ID subscriptions.

Android cancellation (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play app using the Google account used to buy Voicemod.
2. Tap Payments and subscriptions then Subscriptions, select Voicemod and tap Cancel subscription.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts. Keep the Google Play order history as proof.
4. To request a Google Play refund, use the Google Play order history "Report a problem" workflow; Voicemod explains this at their refund support page Voicemod refund help.

Email cancellation

1. Send an email from the account linked to your Voicemod subscription to [email protected] with subject "Cancel subscription" and include username, purchase date, and payment method.
2. Request explicit confirmation that automatic renewal has been cancelled and retain the reply.
3. If no reply within 72 hours, escalate by sending a registered letter to the address below.

Postal cancellation

1. Write a signed letter including account email, subscription ID, request to Cancel subscription and the date.
2. Send by registered post to: Voicemod, Calle de la Paz, 12, 46003 Valencia, Spain.
3. Keep the postal receipt as proof of notification.

Phone

1. Voicemod does not publish a dedicated cancellation phone number; the official channels are web, app stores, email and postal mail.
2. If you are contacted by a number claiming to cancel on Voicemod's behalf do not share payment details; use the official email [email protected].

Moving abroad or change of residence

If you move outside the account region and the service no longer functions for you, notify Voicemod by email or post with proof of new address (utility bill or official document). The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 provide a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts; if Voicemod failed to give cancellation information the period can be extended as set out in the Regulations. Price increase

If Voicemod increases price mid-contract and you do not accept the variation, you may treat the change as a contract variation and cancel. Keep the announcement email or in-app notice as proof. Consumer protection against unfair contract terms is in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Death of the subscriber

To cancel a subscription after the subscriber dies contact Voicemod by email and provide a copy of the death certificate and evidence of authority (executor or next of kin). This is a standard evidential requirement for account closure and billing corrections; follow up by registered post if necessary.

Legitimate ground or service failure

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill. If Voicemod fails to provide the paid service (for example, persistent blocking or non-delivery of paid features) request cancellation and a remedy from support, attaching screenshots and transaction records. If unresolved escalate to Citizens Advice or your card issuer for a chargeback.

End of commitment

Cooling-off (14-day cancellation)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel most distance contracts from the date you place the order, unless you gave express consent to start downloading or streaming digital content and acknowledged loss of the cancellation right. Before you cancel: negotiate

Voicemod retention offers are not publicly published. If you want to ask for a retention discount or temporary pause, contact Voicemod support at Voicemod support or email [email protected] and request a retention offer. Provide your account email, subscription ID and the reason you want to stay (budget, feature issue). Keep any written offer as proof.

Example 1 - Monthly Pro at £5.99: 5.99 x 12 = £71.88 per year. Cancelling saves £71.88 per year.

Example 2 - Quarterly Pro at effective monthly cost £4.00: 4.00 x 12 = £48.00 per year.

Example 3 - Yearly Pro at effective monthly cost £1.99: 1.99 x 12 = £23.88 per year (Voicemod lists annual as £23.90; using the listed annual price: £23.90 per year).

Escalation steps

1. Complain to Voicemod support via official support or [email protected].

2. If unresolved, seek help from Citizens Advice and file a complaint to the Competition and Markets Authority if you believe auto-renewal was difficult to cancel.

3. For card purchases consider a Section 75 claim or a chargeback through your card issuer for qualifying transactions.

Access and features

After cancellation your Voicemod licence remains active until the paid period ends. You will not be charged again after the cancellation confirmation if the cancellation is successful.

Data and account

If you want your account deleted request account deletion via support ([email protected]) and ask for confirmation of data removal. Retain copies of transaction receipts if you may request refunds or contest charges.

Final billing and refunds
