Service overview

EasyPark is a mobile parking management service operated by EasyPark AB and Easypark Group AS. The app lets drivers start and stop parking sessions, pay for parking and receive credits for unused time in some markets. EasyPark targets drivers, parking operators and businesses.

Availability and UK status

EasyPark operates across multiple European markets. Per EasyPark help and pricing pages, EasyPark is currently not available as an active parking service in the United Kingdom and UK drivers are directed to alternatives such as RingGo. For official details see the EasyPark help pages.

Key product facts

EasyPark offers consumer tiers including a zero-monthly-fee option called EasyPark Small (no monthly fee) and paid subscription tiers in markets where they operate. Business accounts have self-service cancellation for small teams and a one-month notice rule.

Web / Business portal

1. Go to your EasyPark business portal and log in.
2. Remove all sub-users if you have fewer than 5 users to trigger self-service cancellation.
3. Confirm termination; a one-month cancellation notice applies and you will have access until the end of the following month.
4. Check for a final invoice that EasyPark sends after closure.

iOS and Android (In-app account deletion)

1. Open the EasyPark app on your iPhone or Android device.
2. Go to Account or Account settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account or Close Account.
4. End any active parking sessions before attempting deletion.
5. Follow the in-app prompts; EasyPark states the account will be deleted within 1 hour and you will receive SMS confirmation.

Phone

1. A public phone support number is not published by EasyPark for UK customers in the sources.
2. If you have a local EasyPark contact from a parking operator, use that number; otherwise use email or registered post for demonstrable proof.

Email

1. Send a clear written request to [email protected] with your account email, vehicle registration number and an explicit request to delete the account or cancel the subscription.
2. Include whether you want subscription cancellation only or full account deletion and data erasure.
3. Keep the reply email as proof.

Post (registered letter)

1. Prepare a signed termination letter including account details and the phrase Terminate my EasyPark Agreement.

Moving abroad or moving address

If you permanently move so that EasyPark services are no longer offered at your new address, request account closure and data erasure in writing to [email protected] or use the in-app Delete Account function. Provide a proof document such as a utility bill or new address registration if requested by EasyPark.

Price increase

If EasyPark raises subscription prices, you can cancel before the new price takes effect. Death of the subscriber

Legitimate ground (service not provided or material breach)

If EasyPark fails to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, you may terminate for breach. End of commitment

If a paid product has a minimum commitment period, you must wait until the end of that period or follow the explicit termination terms in your contract. For business accounts with self-service cancellation, EasyPark applies a one-month notice period once sub-users are removed.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period from contract formation for distance contracts. If you cancel within 14 days and have not given express consent to start consuming digital services, you are entitled to a refund for subscription fees for unused periods. If you gave express consent to begin digital services, EasyPark may charge proportionately for parking time already used.

Before you cancel: negotiate

There are no widely reported retention offers that EasyPark makes in the UK from the research. If you want to ask for a better deal, email [email protected] or use the in-app chat where available and request one of the following: downgrade to EasyPark Small (no monthly fee), a temporary credit for unused parking time, or waiver of outstanding small balances. State your account ID and the exact change you want. Keep all replies as proof.

Access and re-activation

If you used the in-app Delete Account function, EasyPark states deletion completes within 1 hour and you receive SMS confirmation. Re-activation is not possible after full deletion; you must create a new account if you return to the service. For subscription cancellation only, your account typically stays active on the free tier.

Personal data and payment methods

To request deletion of personal data and stored payment methods, ask for account closure and data erasure citing GDPR Article 17. Keep the confirmation message and SMS as proof of erasure. If you still see stored cards in third party stores, remove them from your payment provider or app store.
