Moving (change of practice or country)

Rule: You can cancel if you move and no longer attend a Medivet registered practice. Medivet requires notification to your practice or the Subscriptions Team. Medivet's published terms indicate you should contact your practice or the subscriptions email to arrange termination.

Required proof documents: New address and confirmation that your new home is outside the practice catchment area or that you have registered with a different provider are recommended. Medivet does not publish a fixed list of required documents.

Price increase

Rule: Medivet's terms describe pricing and any changes in the plan rules published by the company. If a price increase makes the contract materially different you may use Consumer Contracts Regulations and consult Citizens Advice.
