How access works

Cancel on the PawChamp website

1. Sign in to your PawChamp account on the website.
2. Open account settings and find the subscription or billing section.
3. Select the option labelled "Turn off autorenewal" or similar.
4. Save changes. If unable to turn off auto-renewal, email [email protected] from the email linked to your account requesting cancellation and include your full name, account email and last 4 digits of payment method.

Cancel via Apple App Store (iOS)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions, find PawChamp and choose Cancel Subscription or Turn Off Auto-Renewal.
3. Ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or subscription period to avoid renewal.

Cancel via Google Play (Android)

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.

Cancel by email

2. Include full name, account email, subscription plan and last 4 digits of payment card.
3. Request written confirmation and allow up to 7 working days for a reply.

Cancel by post

1. Write a signed letter including your full name, account email, subscription details and request to cancel.

3. Keep proof of posting and expect processing within 7 working days after receipt.

Moving country or permanent relocation

If you are permanently moving abroad and cannot use the service, provide proof such as a utility bill or tenancy agreement showing new address. Price increase
