If you cancel and have not received any Membership Benefits, Vets4Pets will refund the Membership Fee paid. If you have received Membership Benefits the refund depends on the value of benefits received versus fees paid. If the value of benefits is less than fees paid you will be refunded the difference. If the value of benefits exceeds fees paid Vets4Pets may charge you the difference. Cancellation fees must be paid within 7 days of notification. No refunds are issued for unused portions of the Plan at the date of cancellation.

Prescriptions and treatments after cancellation

Prescription medication returns are not refundable and must be disposed of under regulations. Deposits for appointments are generally non-refundable if you failed to provide reasonable cancellation notice or did not attend. If a Direct Debit is taken after cancellation but before Vets4Pets has stopped it, they will refund it subject to any applicable charges.

Record keeping and re-activation
