Overview

Eurosport is a sports broadcaster and digital streaming brand that offers live sports channels (Eurosport 1 and 2), on-demand video and sports news. Its consumer streaming offer was folded into Discovery+ and some rights moved to TNT Sports in the UK.

How consumers subscribe

Consumers subscribe directly through the Eurosport app or through third parties such as app stores and partner platforms. Discovery+ packages include Eurosport content in the UK market.

Cancel via website (direct purchase)

1. Go to the Eurosport Account area and log in.
2. Open "Manage subscription" or "Billing" and select "Cancel" or turn off auto-renew.
3. Follow on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.
4. Save any confirmation email or take a screenshot of the confirmation page.

Cancel on iPhone (Apple subscription)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.
2. Tap Subscriptions and find the Eurosport or Discovery+ subscription.

4. Keep the Apple confirmation email or screenshot as proof.

Cancel on Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap Payments and subscriptions then Subscriptions.
3. Select Eurosport and tap Cancel subscription. Confirm the cancellation.
4. Save Google Play confirmation for your records.

Cancel via third party (Discovery+ / Prime)

1. If you subscribed through Discovery+ or through Amazon Prime Channels, log in to that third party account.
2. Go to Subscriptions or Manage Channels and cancel Eurosport/Discovery+ channel there.
3. Third party cancellation is final from that provider; keep the provider confirmation.

Cancel by post

1. Write a clear cancellation letter including your account email, subscription ID, and statement that you wish to cancel.

3. Retain the registered post receipt as proof of notification.

Moving / change of residence

If you move country and Eurosport no longer offers the same service in the new territory, contact support at [email protected] with proof of address change (utility bill or tenancy agreement). Eurosport will process account changes according to their terms and partner rules.

Price increase

If Eurosport increases the subscription price, the trader must provide the notice in your account or by email. You have a right to cancel if you refuse the new price. Death of the subscriber

In the event of the subscriber's death, a confirmed request from the estate or next of kin with a death certificate should be sent to [email protected]. The company will close the account and apply account policies for any remaining term.

Legitimate ground / service failure

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If Eurosport fails to provide the service (for example repeated streaming failures or persistent app bugs documented in app reviews), submit logged evidence, timestamps, and correspondence. Remedies include repair, repeat performance or, if the service cannot be provided, claim a refund or contract termination.

End of commitment

If you have a minimum term (annual pass), cancellation after the minimum term is allowed and no further payments will be taken. Annual passes provide access until the end of the current minimum term and no refund is given for early termination according to Eurosport terms.

Cooling-off period and immediate access

When you consent to immediate start of a digital streaming service, you waive the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for digital content once access begins. Escalation steps

1) Complain in writing to Eurosport (save email timestamps). 2) If unresolved, raise a dispute with your card issuer (Section 75 for qualifying transactions). 3) If the issue is unfair contract terms or persistent refusal, contact Citizens Advice and the CMA. Check access and billing
