Web / Email cancellation

3. Request confirmation of cancellation and, if applicable, a refund for unmailed issues within 30 days.

iOS (App Store) cancellation

Post (registered letter) cancellation

1. Write a signed letter addressed to: Evo Magazine, 161 Marsh Wall, E14 9AP London, United Kingdom. State your name, address, subscriber reference and request cancellation.
2. Send by Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery and retain the tracking number and receipt.
3. Allow 7-14 days for processing and request email confirmation once processed.

Phone cancellation

1. Phone number is not published by Evo Magazine in available research; if you locate a phone number on a billing statement, call and request an immediate cancellation and follow up with an email to [email protected].
2. Request a call reference number and confirm cancellation in writing.

Moving / Moving

If you move and the subscription cannot be delivered, contact Evo with proof of new address and a copy of the forwarding notice from Royal Mail or a utility bill. Price increase

If Evo increases the subscription price during the contract, you may cancel if the contract allows price changes only with notice. Death of subscriber

In the event of the subscriber's death, a next of kin or executor should email [email protected] with a death certificate. Evidence required: scanned death certificate and proof of authority if required.

Legitimate ground

Legitimate grounds accepted from research: inability to receive issues due to delivery failure, persistent app failures preventing access to paid digital content, or proven loss of purchased digital issues after an app update. Evidence required: screenshots of errors, correspondence with support, proof of failed downloads, or bank statements for payment disputes.

End of commitment

Cooling-off period

You have a 14-day cooling-off period for contracts concluded online or off-premises under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For digital content, if download or streaming starts with your express consent, the exception to refunds applies. Before cancelling: negotiate

Your basic rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period for contracts concluded online or off-premises. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill and makes unfair contract terms potentially unenforceable.

Auto-renewal and escalation
