Legitimate ground accepted by Geographical

Geographical accepts legitimate grounds such as inability to provide delivery to a new address and termination by publisher. Required documents include proof of address for delivery issues or written notice from the publisher if publication ceases. If the publisher permanently ceases publishing, Geographical will provide a pro rata refund for the remaining period.

End of commitment

If your subscription term has ended, cancel before renewal to avoid auto-renewal. Provide your account details or subscription number as proof. If the subscription auto-renews you are entitled to challenge unclear renewal terms under CMA guidance.

Cooling-off period
