Moving (change of domicile)

Rule - You may cancel if you cannot receive print copies at a new address or no longer want the service. New Internationalist accepts cancellations via the account portal or support email. Required proof documents - provide a copy of a utility bill, tenancy agreement or official change of address document when requested by the publisher. Rule - For distance contracts concluded online or off-premises, consumers typically have a 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Digital content exception - if a digital subscription starts immediately with your express consent and waiver of the right to cancel, that 14-day right may not apply.
