Overview

Epson ReadyPrint is Epson's subscription service for ink and printer leasing in the UK. There are two main offers: ReadyPrint Flexible (monthly ink plans for existing printers) and ReadyPrint MAX (an EcoTank printer with included ink delivery and warranty).

Web (recommended portal route)

1. Open https://www.epson.co.uk/en_GB/readyprint and sign in to your ReadyPrint account.
2. In My Plans click Go to plan for the printer subscription you want to cancel.
3. Choose Change plan then Cancel and select a reason.
4. Click Confirm and take a screenshot of the confirmation page or request an email confirmation from support.

iOS

1. There is no publicly documented ReadyPrint iOS app cancellation route. Use the ReadyPrint web portal in a browser on your device and follow the Web steps above.
2. If your subscription was set up through the App Store (not publicly disclosed by Epson ReadyPrint), cancel via Apple subscriptions in Settings and contact Epson Support to confirm service stop.

Android

1. No public Android app cancellation method is documented by Epson ReadyPrint. Use the web portal at ReadyPrint main page to cancel.

1. Write a cancellation letter including name, account number, printer model and serial, reason for cancellation and the sentence: "Please accept this letter as formal cancellation of my ReadyPrint subscription."

Moving address - change of delivery

If you move to an address where ReadyPrint deliveries cannot be made, notify Epson Support and either update your delivery address in your account or cancel.
