Web (recommended)

1. Open the Astroline web app and log in.
2. Tap the gear icon at top right and choose "Manage Subscription."
3. Tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom and follow on-screen steps.
4. Save a screenshot of the confirmation and any confirmation email.
5. If you prefer a form, submit at sub.astroline.today/terminate. Keep the form submission confirmation.

iOS (App Store)

1. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings.
2. Tap your name, then "Subscriptions."
3. Select Astroline and tap "Cancel Subscription." If no button appears or red expiry text shows, the subscription is already cancelled.
4. Keep a screenshot of the subscription status in Settings.

Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon, choose "Payments & subscriptions" then "Subscriptions."
3. Select Astroline from the list, tap "Cancel subscription," choose a reason and confirm.
4. Save the confirmation screen or email receipt.

Email

1. Send your request to [email protected] with your account email and request to cancel.
2. For refunds, follow the Money-Back Policy and email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with payment details.
3. Keep all reply emails as proof.

Post

1. Write a signed letter including your account email, subscription ID and a clear statement: "I cancel my Astroline subscription."

Moving / relocation

If you move and cannot use the service because it is location-dependent, provide evidence such as a change-of-address document or a new utility bill. Price increase

If Astroline increases the price for a renewed subscription, you can accept the new price or cancel.
