ATG operates a membership product called ATG+ that offers priority booking, zero transaction fees, flexible tickets and exclusive offers. Annual ATG+ pricing options published include £50, £60, £75 and £85 depending on payment method and ticket protection choices.

ATG targets theatre-goers who want booking priority and fee savings and organisations that manage ticket inventory; ATG also provides online coaching services with published monthly prices of £50 and a discounted £25 option when customers upload exercise videos monthly.

Cancel via the web (official help portal)

1. Go to ATG help page and locate the Customer Service request form.
2. Complete the form with your membership details, order number and reason for cancellation.
3. Submit the request and save or screenshot the confirmation screen.
4. If you need a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period include 'Request refund under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013' in the message and keep proof of submission.
5. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 days, escalate to a phone call to 03330 096 690 and keep timestamps.

Cancel by phone

1. Call Customer Care on 03330 096 690 and state you wish to cancel ATG+ membership.
2. Provide name, email, address and order details to verify identity.
3. Ask for a cancellation reference and the name of the agent; note the time and date.
4. Follow up with an online request or registered letter if no confirmation email arrives within 7 days.

Cancel by cancelling Direct Debit with your bank

1. If you paid by Direct Debit and you are within the 14-day cooling-off period, contact your bank to cancel the Direct Debit; this will automatically cancel the ATG+ membership according to ATG guidance.
2. Obtain written confirmation from your bank showing the cancellation and date.
3. Provide that confirmation to ATG Customer Service if a dispute arises over liability for the fee.

Cancel by post

1. Write a signed letter stating your full name, membership number, email, address and clear instruction to cancel the membership.
2. Send by registered post to ATG, Church Path, GU21 6EJ Woking, United Kingdom and keep the proof of postage and delivery receipt.
3. If you want a refund under the 14-day cooling-off include the request and proof of not having used benefits; include copies not originals of any evidence.

Cancel by email

1. ATG support email address is not published; use the online request form to ensure your message reaches Customer Service and retains a timestamped record.
2. If you have an email contact from previous communications, send a cancellation request and ask explicitly for a confirmation email with a reference number.
3. Keep all replies and timestamps for escalation if necessary.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

If you bought ATG+ online or by phone, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To obtain a full refund you must cancel within 14 days and must not have used membership benefits. If benefits were used within the 14-day period ATG may refuse a refund or charge for services used. If you moved address (moving)

ATG does not publish a specific relocation cancellation policy. Provide proof of change of address such as a utility bill or council tax bill and submit a cancellation request. If the contract was concluded at a distance and you are within the 14-day period you may cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; otherwise ATG's published terms apply and cancellation may not entitle you to a refund.

Price increase

If ATG introduces a contractually significant price increase, check ATG's terms for your right to cancel without penalty. Provide ATG's price change notice as proof and request termination citing the specific change. If the increase breaches the contractual terms you may have remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Death of subscriber

ATG does not publish a specific bereavement cancellation procedure. Submit a cancellation request with a copy of the death certificate and proof of identity of the person making the request. ATG's published refund rules apply; if within 14 days and unused benefits exist, a refund may be due under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Legitimate ground and ATG's accepted reasons

ATG accepts cancellation via online request and Direct Debit cancellation within the 14-day cooling-off period. ATG may terminate memberships for breach of terms; terminated memberships are non-refundable according to published exceptions. Provide documentary evidence relevant to your claim such as bank statements, order confirmations, and correspondence with ATG.

End of commitment

Annual card payments are for a single 12-month membership; Direct Debit payments renew annually. To stop renewal cancel before the renewal date by following the online or post procedure above. If unsure of renewal date, request contract dates from Customer Service.

Before you cancel: negotiate

ATG does not publish a standard retention package. When you call Customer Care on 03330 096 690 or submit an online request, ask for alternatives such as changing payment method from Direct Debit to a one-off card payment, freezing the membership, or upgrading/downgrading to a ticket protection variant. Keep any offer you receive in writing and record the name of the agent and date.

If your card payment qualifies, consider a Section 75 claim with your card issuer or use chargeback for other card types. 4. Report unclear auto-renewal or hard-to-cancel practices to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) because they enforce rules on unfair commercial practices.

Check access and bookings

After cancellation verify that future tickets bought using ATG+ benefits are void. If you had priority bookings or held tickets under the membership offer, confirm their status in writing with Customer Service. Keep booking reference numbers.

Data and final billing

Request a final statement showing payments and refunds. Ask ATG to confirm the date your membership ends and whether any direct debits remain. Request deletion or retention of your personal data under applicable privacy rules if you want your account closed.

Reactivation

If you decide to rejoin, note that promotional prices renew at full price according to ATG published notes. Credit card annual purchases are single 12-month memberships; Direct Debit accounts will be set to auto-renew annually unless you cancel before renewal.
