How Barry's sells and supports customers

Web contact form

Cooling-off period (distance purchases)

If you bought a class or membership package as a distance contract you have a 14 day cooling-off right to cancel for any reason provided you have not used the purchased package. Used services during the cooling-off period

Moving house

Barry's does not publish a specific UK policy to cancel for relocation. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, contract terms must be fair. Price increases
