Web - Online cancellation form

1. Make sure every borrowed set is returned and checked in. Brick Borrow will not process cancellation while a set is still on loan.

3. Complete the required fields: account email, subscription plan, reason for cancellation, and attach proof of return if available.
4. Submit the form. Brick Borrow reviews and confirms cancellation within 24 hours after they check in the return.
5. Save the confirmation email as proof.

Email

1. Return all borrowed sets and keep proof of postage.

Phone

Post - Registered letter

1. Return all borrowed sets and keep proof of return.

Moving address

If you need to cancel because you are moving, Brick Borrow does not publish a specific relocation cancellation policy. You must return all sets before cancellation can be processed. Provide proof of return and include your forwarding details when you contact support.
