Web / Account cancellation

1. Sign in at the CamScanner web portal or open the app where your CamScanner account is registered.

Cancel by Email

1. Send an email from the account used to subscribe to [email protected].
2. In the message include your account email, subscription ID, platform used to subscribe and a clear request to cancel and delete account if desired.
3. Save the response and any reference number. Response times vary; allow 24-72 hours.

Cancel by Post

1. Write a cancellation letter including your full name, account email and subscription details.

Moving / Change of residence
