Cancel via the web Help Center (recommended)

1. Open the Cerebrum Help Center Cancellation Bot page and choose the subscription and billing category.
2. Log in using the email address used to subscribe and the confirmation code sent to that email.
3. Follow the bot prompts to select the cancellation option and confirm you wish to cancel.
4. Save the on-screen confirmation and wait for the confirmation email. Keep the confirmation until your billing cycle ends.

Cancel on iOS (if you subscribed through Apple)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name, then Subscriptions.
2. Find the Cerebrum subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Keep the Apple confirmation email or screenshot as proof.
4. If you cannot see the subscription, check the Apple ID used to purchase the subscription.

Cancel on Android / Google Play (if you subscribed through Google)

1. Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
2. Select Cerebrum and tap Cancel subscription, follow the prompts.
3. Save Google Play cancellation confirmation.

Cancel by phone

1. Phone support number is not published. If you have a phone number from a billing email, call it and ask for cancellation and a confirmation reference number.
2. Note the agent name, date and time of the call, and request a written confirmation by email.

Cancel by email or contact form

1. Open the Cerebrum help centre contact form or support channel and include: your full name, subscription email, date of charge and last 4 digits of payment card.
2. Ask explicitly to Cancel and Stop Renewals and request a written confirmation within 72 hours.

Cancel by post

1. Write a signed letter stating: your full name, subscription email, date of purchase and clear instruction "Please cancel my Cerebrum subscription and stop renewal".

Moving abroad or to a different jurisdiction

End of commitment / contract term
