1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.

Cooling-off right (14 days)

If you subscribed online you have a 14 day right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If the 14-day trial auto-renews into a paid plan at £16.90 per month, cancel immediately. CV Genius states cancellations take effect at end of billing period and the remaining part of a subscription after cancellation is not refundable. Keep email proof of cancellation.

Price increase

If CV Genius increases a recurring price, check your account messages and the Terms of Use. If a price increase breaches your contract you may be entitled to terminate without penalty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill.
